Refund policy

30-day returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Conditions
The item must be unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories. Contact us first at Heartandco11@gmail.com with your order number. Please do not send anything back before we reply, as returns sent without approval can't be processed.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email us within 30 days with your order number and a few photos. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping.

Refunds
Once we approve your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping
If you return an item because you changed your mind, return shipping is paid by the customer. If the return is due to our error or a defect, we cover it.

Non-returnable items
Items that are used, damaged by misuse, or missing parts or packaging.

Cancellations
To cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can cancel it for free if it hasn't shipped yet.
